How to get enough:

There are things that you can do ! 
  • Eating a variety of vegetable and fruits
  • Eat more grains
  • Don't forget herbs and spices
  • Decrease portion size of meat
  • Keep fruits and vegetables stocked in sight
  • Reach for juice instead of coffee or soda
  • Add chopped carrots fruit to cereal, yoghurt, pancakes or even a milkshakes
  • Snack on fresh chopped carrots, celery, broccoli and peppers
  • Store dried fruit for a quick snack at home or work

The Natural Cycles of the Body Activity

Traditionally we have 3 meal patterns a day. Breakfast in the morning, lunch at midday and dinner in the evening. This is a useful template. People often develop the habit of eating small breakfast and lunch and a large evening meal.

  This has a detrimental effect on digestion, especially as our digestive systems become more sluggish with age. It also means that we have an inadequate supply of energy at the times of the day when we are most active and calorie overload at the end of the day when we are winding down.

  The Cycles  are:

Elimination of Bad Waste and Debris - Between the hours of  4:00am - 12:00noon, the body is in the process of elimination, that is ridding itself of all the toxins arising from the breakdown of the body's previous nutritional activity. During this phase, the body only need food that could only be processed as well as aids elimination of waste. Heavy food will retard or temporarily derail the process.

Appropriation (Eating and Digestion) - 12:00noon - 7:00pm , it is during this period that the body is most able to work at breaking down food for the body's building. All eating should take place during this period . Observing the rules of proper food combination, moderate portion should be ruled.

 Assimilation (Absorption Stage) - This period from 8:00pm - 4:00am is one in which the body should be allowed to rest from all body activity as much as possible. It is during this period that major repairs and renewal work is being undertaken, which should not be disturbed with new intake of food. All hunger during this period should be met with fruits.

Broccoli - acts as an anti-inflammatory agent  in the body, because it is a good source of Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. It is a natural way to get most of your daily vitamins (it contains almost every vitamin) that the body needs with the exception of vitamin D.

Drinking Water



Many health experts still insists that the safest thing to drink after eating is water. Drinking a healthy amount of water is vital to the health. You can never imagine just by drinking a healthy amount you can gain tremendous health benefits and sometimes you can even throw away your migarine medicine or pain killer.
Before you can appreciate the benefits of water to your health,  it is better to review the role of water in hum an body.
The human body is anywhere from 55% - 78% water depending on your body size. Do you know that your tissue and organs are mainly made of water?

Muscles - 75%
Brain - 90%
Bone - 22%
Blood - 83%

The function of water in the body is very vital:
  • transports nutrients/ oxygen into cells
  • moisturizes the air in lungs
  • helps with metabolism
  • helps the organ to absorb nutrients better
  • regulates body temperature 
  • detoxifies, protects and moisturizes the joints

 Every cell in the body  - head to toe needs water that is why it is important to drink enough of the fluid.
Take for example 90% water for the brain, if enough water is not supplied to the body, the brain will not function well, headache or migarine will result. Hence, next time, if you feel fatigue and headache, it may be the sign of dehyderation.

Pertusis: Whooping Cough

Is a highly contagious bacterial disease that cases uncontrollable violent coughing. The cough can make it hard to breathe.A deep whooping sound is often given by the patient when trying to breathe.

   It is an upper respiratory infection caused by the Bordetella Pertusis or Bordetella Parapertusis bacteria.It is a serious disease that can cause permanent disability in infant and death. When
  an infected person sneezes or coughs tiny droplets containing bacteria more through the air, the disease  is easily spread from persons to person. The infection usually last 6weeks.
  It can affect people of any age .Before vaccines were widely available, the disease was most common in infant and young children. Now that most children are immunized before entering school,the high percentage of cases is seeen among adolescent / adult.
The bacterium which causes whooping cough can be killed by antibiotics.However, a course of antibiotics is still usually given if the disease is diagnosed in the first few weeks of the illness.

WHOLE-GRAIN CEREAL - Research shows that people lose more belly fat when they replace refined grain foods with whole grains. All the appetite contolling fiber they pick up in the process probably accounts for the slimming effect plus wholegrains can help control blood sugar and lower blood pressure. they can even reduce the risk of heart diseases and certain cancers.

Big breast are desired by many women and admired by many men. However, mammoth breasts are actually pathological and constitute some health challenges. They can cause a lot of problem for a woman and are definitely not for play. This I know some men may disagree...

Risk of diabetes - several studies have found out that a woman's breast side in late adolescence is associated with an increased risk of TYPE 2 diabetes Mellitus in adulthood. Also in a Canadian study,it was reported that the bigger the cup size the greater the risk of developing diabetes.
Specifically, in comparison to women with an A- cup, women with B, C and D or greater bra cup had increasing risk of developing diabetes.
 You can bet with me that, this is a disease well worth avoiding.

Obesity - There is evidence of association between breast volume and other body fat depots. Women with larger breast, have more fat everywhere than any other people. In other words, large breast appear to indicate a body type characterized by the increased deposition of fats in the depots; such as inside the muscles and in (and around) many body organs.
This all increase their cardioid-metabolic risk.

Arthritis - Women with large,heavy breast sometimes experience back pain and neck pain. The added weight of the breasts increases the rate of wear and tear around the joints in the back, neck and knees. This accelerated degeneration leads to arthritis. Women with arthritis of the spine and shoulders may also have more disabling symptoms than usual because of extra weight of heavy breasts.

Breast Cancer - Of all the possible problems one could have because of huge breasts by far worst is breast cancer. The size of the breasts makes it difficult to discover cancer in time and at a time when it might be curable.
  A study reported that women with large breasts experience a delay in the detection of their cancer due to the bulk of the breast and consequently presents more advanced tumours compared with women with small breasts.

According to an America pain specialist Dr. Christina Lasich " how you feel about your breasts can affect your posture in a negative or positive way" 

So if you like your breasts,your posture might be confident and the spine well aligned with your chest out.If you hate your breasts, your posture might be shy and slumped with your chest sunken behind the shoulders.

A breast specialist and plastic surgeon in Abuja, Nigeria Dr. Amina Abubakar i understandably concerned about the plight of women with massacre breasts. She describes her concern and some of the problems face - that patients with large breasts can inadvertently suffocate their babies even their husbands.

This condition can lead to paralysis of the hand due to stretch injury on the nerves in the armpit.Since there are women who desire bigger breasts and opt for breasts implants.However, they should ensure that the size is a source of joy and not discomfort or a lifetime of misery. Women who have naturally big breasts should consider breast reduction surgery. I can be done safely and efficiently to produce a better fitting and sexy breast.
